5★ Khalipe — Partners

Partner Ranking

Tiertactix CZN Khalipe Partners
Highest to lowest:

1) 5★ Zeta (ME0)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Zeta
💡
The Defense-Based Damage of the assigned combatant's Instinct cards is increased by 15(30)%.
The assigned Combatant's Defense-Based Damage and Shield Amount for the Celestial card becomes +25(50)%.

Undertaking the Mission (2 EP):
Deal 200% Defense-Based Damage. Draws 1 highest-cost cards.
  • Zeta remains Khalipe’s undisputed best-in-slot because it directly amplifies her core engine rather than layering conditional value on top. Vulture Ejection is an Instinct, DEF-based, Celestial card that Khalipe repeatedly triggers for free, and Zeta boosts both its Defense-based damage and shield amount by 25%, multiplying value at the card-multiplier layer instead of merely increasing stats. This directly accelerates Silver Veil stacking, improves AoE detonation frequency, and increases survivability simultaneously, making Zeta the only partner that scales every part of Khalipe’s gameplay loop with zero downtime or RNG.

2) 4★ Rachel (ME4)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Rachel
💡
The assigned combatant's skill card shield gain is increased by 10(20)%.
When the assigned combatant gains Shield, 20(40)% chance to gain 1 Counterattack.

Colonel Hamburger! (2 EP):
Gain 100% Shield. Draw 1 Card.
  • Rachel ME4 is the strongest secondary option because she converts Khalipe’s constant shield generation into additional DEF-based damage through Counterattack without disrupting her AP economy. Every Vulture Ejection, Rally, and Absolute Protection shield instance has a 40% chance to generate Counterattack, creating frequent extra damage instances in a battle. While Counterattack is not Khalipe’s primary engine, Rachel’s consistency and synergy with shield spam make it the most effective non-Zeta choice for increasing total output while maintaining frontline durability.

3) 5★ Erica (ME0)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Erica
💡
The assigned combatant's Counterattack damage increases by 15(30)%.
When the assigned combatant uses a Skill or Upgrade Card, there is a 50(100)% chance to gain Counterattack.

Fin Funnel of Suppression (2 EP):
Deal 200% Defense-based Damage to all enemies.
Gain 1 Counterattack. If any enemy's Anticipated Action is attack, gain Counterattack.
  • Erica is mechanically valid for Khalipe due to her reliance on Skill cards rather than innate Counterattack access. Khalipe runs three Skill cards and uses them regularly to fetch Vulture Ejection and stabilize turns, giving Erica a reliable 50% chance to generate Counterattack on those plays. However, because Erica does not scale shields or directly buff DEF-based damage, her contribution is narrower than Rachel’s and more dependent on draw order, placing her solidly but clearly below Rachel ME4.

4) 4★ Wilhelmina (ME4)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Wilhelmina
💡
The assigned combatant's Defense is increased by 12(24)%.
When the assigned combatant targets a Vulnerable enemy, +10(20)% Defense-based Damage of Attack cards.

Tactical Command (2 EP):
For 1 turn, gain 2 Morale.
For 1 turn, gain 1 Fortitude.
  • Wilhelmina ME4 functions as a pure Defense scaler in Khalipe’s build, increasing her Defense by 24% and thereby improving both DEF-based damage and shield values through the shared formula. Although it lacks multiplicative card modifiers and does not interact with Silver Veil directly, the unconditional nature of the Defense increase helps Khalipe hit her 300 DEF breakpoint more efficiently and improves consistency across longer fights, making it a dependable but unspectacular option.

5) 4★ Wilhelmina (ME0)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Wilhelmina
💡
The assigned combatant's Defense is increased by 12(24)%.
When the assigned combatant targets a Vulnerable enemy, +10(20)% Defense-based Damage of Attack cards.

Tactical Command (2 EP):
For 1 turn, gain 2 Morale.
For 1 turn, gain 1 Fortitude.
  • Wilhelmina ME0 serves the same role as ME4 but at reduced efficiency, providing a 12% Defense increase without any additional scaling layers. It still improves both AoE damage and shielding due to DEF’s dual role in Khalipe’s kit, but the lower percentage means it falls behind other options that either add multiplicative value or generate extra damage instances. It is acceptable filler when higher ME versions are unavailable.

6) 5★ Eishlen (ME0)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Eishlen
💡
The assigned combatant's Health and shield gain are increased by 8(16)%.
When the assigned combatant gains Counterattack, +15(30)% Defense-based Damage.

Innos's Guardian (4 EP):
Apply 100% Shield.
At the end of the turn, retain 50% of Shield.
  • Eishlen offers increased health and shield gain, which improves Khalipe’s durability, but its Defense-based damage bonus is tied to Counterattack, making it unreliable without consistent external generation. Since Counterattack is supplemental rather than central to Khalipe’s play pattern, Eishlen contributes more to survival than to ending fights faster, which weakens its overall ranking despite its premium rarity.

7) 3★ Raidel (ME4)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Raidel
💡
The combatant's max Health increases by 8(16)%.
If the combatant is in Counterattack state, their Defense-Based Damage increases by 8(16)%.

Analyze Weakness (2 EP):
Gain 100% Shield. Gain 1 Counterattack.
  • Raidel primarily increases max HP and conditionally buffs Defense-based damage while Counterattack is active, neither of which meaningfully accelerates Khalipe’s Silver Veil AoE cycle. HP does not scale damage or shielding efficiency, and Counterattack uptime is not guaranteed, making Raidel a defensive fallback rather than a proactive enabler of Khalipe’s win condition.

8) 4★ Rachel (ME0)

Tiertactix CZN Partner Rachel
💡
The assigned combatant's skill card shield gain is increased by 10(20)%.
When the assigned combatant gains Shield, 20(40)% chance to gain 1 Counterattack.

Colonel Hamburger! (2 EP):
Gain 100% Shield. Draw 1 Card.
  • Rachel ME0 is a strictly weaker version of ME4, offering lower shield scaling and only a 20% chance to gain Counterattack on shield gain. While still functional due to Khalipe’s frequent shielding, its lower proc rate and reduced impact make it inferior to every option above it and largely obsolete if ME4 or Erica are available.
